Flowserve Control Valve Maintenance and Engineering Training

Control Valve Maintenance – One day course for $150.00
This class is hands-on and focuses on participants disassembling and reassembling valves. Segments include mounting and calibrating positioners, tear down and assembly of globe and rotary valves, tear down and assembly of actuators, troubleshooting valve problems, recognizing cavitation and flashing, packing, digital diagnostics, fail-safe systems and more.
Control Valve Engineering – One day course for $150.00
Topics include: Sizing calculations, selecting the right type of control valve, rotary and linear actuators, calculating cavitation and flashing, understanding the valve recovery factor, flow characteristics, packing (fugitive emissions), metallurgy, regulations and more.
