The VEGAPULS 69 is a radar sensor for continuous measurement of bulk solids under different process conditions. It is ideal for level measurement in very high silos, large bunkers and segmented vessels. The VEGAPULS 69’s outstanding signal focusing ensures a simple setup and reliable measurement. The VEGAPULS 69 gives you the option of equipping it with either an encapsulated plastic antenna or a lens antenna integrated in the metal flange. This enables the optimum adaption to different application areas.

With its high frequency of 80 GHz, the radar sensor can measure practically any kind of bulk solid material. Materials such as fine powders, ash, dried sewage sludge, cullet, granulates and coarse bulk solids – even in a dusty atmosphere. Another major feature of the VEGAPULS 69 is it’s radar sensor. This radar sensor has a wide measuring range and accuracy in a large or small application. Even internal installations have no effect on the measuring result. The non-contact radar sensor is ideal for use in diverse sectors, such as building materials, rocks, aggregates and cement, as well as for use in the chemical industry, in wastewater management and in recycling.
