With four years in the industry, Zachary Noble brings a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn to his role as Shop Tech at BBP. Based in Jemison, Alabama, Zachary helps build and test panels in the Birmingham shop, making sure everything is operating properly before it heads into the field.
One of the things Zachary enjoys most about his role is learning how everything in the shop works and seeing the finished product eventually put to use. For him, there’s satisfaction in understanding the process from start to finish and continuing to grow his knowledge along the way.
What makes Zachary proud to work at BBP is being part of a workplace where learning never stops. He appreciates the opportunity to gain new skills every day while working alongside a team that supports one another. He believes in helping coworkers any way he can and says that even when he doesn’t know the answer, he’ll always try to find someone who does.
Originally from Pompano Beach, Florida, Zachary now lives in Alabama with his wife. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors and visiting new places whenever he gets the chance. His laid-back personality and steady perspective help shape the way he approaches both work and life.
His favorite quote by Robert Frost says, “In three words I can sum up everything I’ve learned about life: It goes on.” That outlook pairs perfectly with his personal mantra: “Everyone take a step back and simmer down.”
For prospective BBP employees, Zachary offers simple but meaningful advice: take everything one step at a time and trust that everything will work out.
