Meet Wesley Chappell, an Account Manager based in Mobile, where he was also born and raised. Wesley has been in the industry for nine years, working in outside sales, where he focuses on building strong customer relationships. What he enjoys most about his role is earning customer trust and becoming their go-to resource for challenging applications.

Wesley shared that BBP stands apart from any other company he’s worked for, noting that leadership remains deeply involved in day-to-day operations and genuinely understands how to support employees in achieving success. He describes BBP in three words: responsive, innovative, and supportive. As for fun facts, Wesley says he’s pretty much an open book—there’s not much people don’t already know about him.

His favorite quote comes from Marcus Aurelius: “Perfection of character is this: to live each day as if it were your last, without frenzy, without apathy, without pretense.” His personal mantra is “I am my only excuse.” Rather than dwelling on the past, Wesley focuses on learning from life’s lessons and moving forward.

Wesley would love to share a dinner with JFK, Edward Teach (Blackbeard), Elvis Presley, and Winston Churchill. If his life had a theme song, it would be “Till I Collapse” by Eminem, and his music taste spans just about everything. When offering advice to prospective BBP employees, Wesley shared a quote from Nick Saban: “If you want to be successful, you have to be willing to do the things that others are not.”

We’re proud to have Wesley on the BBP team and appreciate the drive, perspective, and dedication he brings to both his customers and colleagues every day.
