Have you met Heidi Boggs, our inside sales representative? Heidi works closely with our outside sales team to bring world-class results to our customers. With a 5-year tenure, Heidi is bona fide BBP veteran. Her positive attitude is infectious, and we’re glad to have her a part of the BBP team.

Employee Spotlight: Heidi Boggs

Title: Inside Sales – Instrumentation (Alabama, Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi)

What is your role at BBP? My primary role is to provide quotes, support and service to customers. While I still have customers that I serve, part of my time is spent supporting our sales team to help them win business and serve customers.

How long have you worked at BBP?

5 years

What do you like most about your job?

I love the people that I work with. We are a family here.

What’s your best contribution?

I’m great at building relationships and very detail oriented. These skills allow me to meet our customers’ needs and help them overcome stressful situations.

What is your favorite thing about BBP?

The customer-centered environment. We need to do whatever it takes to meet the customer’s needs.

What is something that most people do not know about you?

I have a Bachelor’s degree in French!

You’re a new addition to the crayon box. What color would you be and why?

Hot pink. 1. It’s my favorite color. 2. I’m loud and talkative.

 “Trust in the Lord with all of your heart and lean not on your understanding.” Proverbs 3:5-6

What advice do you have for prospective BBP employees?

It’s going to be an experience! Don’t be overwhelmed by the learning curve. There are available resources at BBP that will help you along the way.  While you’ll never know everything about the industry, you’ll continue to learn, practice, and improve, allowing you to become successful at your job. Don’t give up!
