Ever wonder who’s behind the scenes, solving problems and serving customers with expertise and enthusiasm? Meet Gracie Courville, BBP’s Application Engineer for Sensors. She’s been with us for three years and loves the daily customer interactions and learning something new every day. Gracie calls Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, her home and is excited about her upcoming wedding next January.
In her role, Gracie is all about solving problems and serving customers as an application engineer on the sensors team. She’s the go-to person for making sure our customers get the best solutions and support, day in and day out. What does Gracie enjoy most about her role? It’s the daily customer interaction and the chance to learn something new every single day.
Gracie is proud to work at BBP because of our commitment to excellence, evident progress, and prioritizing personal relationships with customers and vendors. For Gracie, BBP is vibrant, challenging, and collaborative. She appreciates how BBP has fostered a culture where everyone is moving forward together, creating a sense of teamwork that makes success a given.
Here’s a fun fact about Gracie: she is obsessed with Dancing with the Stars! Her favorite quote, “If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself,” by Henry Ford, reflects her belief in teamwork and collaboration. Her personal mantra, “I can’t but God can,” guides her through challenges with faith and determination.
If she could do it all over again, Gracie would dedicate more time to reading, as she believes you can never know it all because there is too much to know. For her dream dinner party, Gracie would invite Paula Deen for the food, Joanna Gaines for the venue, Miles Teller for the fun, and Derek Hough for the dance—an evening that promises great food, atmosphere, fun, and dancing!
If Gracie’s life had a theme song, it would be “Old Church Choir” by Zach Williams. She enjoys listening to Country music and KLOVE, finding inspiration and joy in both genres.
For prospective BBP employees, Gracie’s advice is simple and inspiring: “Imagine working towards big goals every day with an awesome team that values your contributions. Imagine being challenged daily with new ideas and encouraged to take advantage of opportunities that will propel your career. Imagine leaving work energized, grateful, and excited for tomorrow. That is why I choose BBP.”
In summary, Gracie Courville embodies BBP’s core values of like, trust, and commitment. Her dedication, love for customer interaction, and positive outlook make her a vital part of our team, contributing to the dynamic and supportive environment that defines BBP.
