Meet Billy Daughdrill, a Field Service Technician who calls Central, Louisiana home, though he’s originally from Watson. Billy has been in the industry for seven years and spends his days solving customers’ instrumentation problems in the field. What he enjoys most about his role is building trust with customers by troubleshooting their instruments and working alongside them to solve issues.

When asked what makes him proud to work at BBP, Billy shared that it’s the teamwork — everyone is willing to work together toward the same goal. He describes BBP as family, professional, and committed. Something you might not know about Billy is that he played the trumpet and guitar for seven years.

His favorite quote is “Attitude is the little thing that makes a big difference,” and his personal mantra is “Fake it until you make it.” If he could do it all over again, he says he’d do the exact same thing. Billy would love to share a dinner with his grandparents, Teddy Roosevelt, and Steve Irwin. If his life had a theme song, it would be “Doubt Me Now” by Cody Johnson, and his go-to music genres are country and classic rock.

When offering advice to prospective BBP employees, Billy says, “Be willing to learn and take initiative — and most of all, enjoy what you do!”

We’re proud to have Billy on the BBP team and appreciate the dedication, professionalism, and positive attitude he brings to every customer interaction.
