Introducing Robert McCuistion, Application Engineer at BBP!

Meet Robert McCuistion—also known as The Robfather or Robskiboy 5000—our Application Engineer based in Walker, Louisiana. Originally from Vineland, New Jersey, Robert brings 12 years of experience and a passion for innovation to the BBP team.

Robert thrives in his role by bridging the gap between products and their practical use. He enjoys developing new technologies and uncovering untapped markets, always seeking new opportunities to solve problems creatively. “There’s always a way to bring something to life,” he says.

What makes Robert proud to work at BBP? The people. He describes his coworkers as collaborative, supportive, and full of enthusiasm—adding, “We get to make things, and make things happen.” He sums up BBP in three words: Innovative, Trustworthy, Eager.

Robert is married with three boys (ages 1, 5, and 8), and outside of work, he’s a musician with a deep love for any genre that sounds good. His life’s theme song? Ricchi Dentro by Ghali.

One thing most people don’t know about him? He was a competitive college diver—“for some reason,” he jokes.

Robert’s favorite quote comes from his dad: “Work through the problem.” And his personal mantra is: “Progress, not perfection.”

If he could have dinner with four legendary guests, his table would include Leonardo da Vinci, Carl Sagan, Howard Hughes, the alien from Roswell, and Mark Twain.

His advice to anyone considering a career at BBP?
“Ask questions early and often. Volunteer whenever you can. New opportunities can take you places you never thought of.”

We’re proud to have Robert on the BBP team—bringing his technical creativity, quick wit, and passion for innovation to everything he does!
