Introducing Todd Garcia, Instruments Team Lead at BBP.
Meet Todd Garcia, a vital part of BBP’s Instruments Team, based in Baton Rouge, LA—his hometown and current city of residence. With 11 years of experience in the industry, Todd leads the inside sales efforts for instrumentation with dedication and a passion for helping others.
Todd finds the most fulfillment in his role by supporting his teammates and customers. “Helping others is what I enjoy most,” he says. When reflecting on what makes him proud to be part of BBP, Todd highlights the strong product offering and the hardworking people he’s surrounded by each day. He describes BBP in three words: Quick, Strive, and Pride.
Family is at the heart of Todd’s life. He is married with one son, and outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the water—fishing is one of his favorite pastimes.
Something most people don’t know about Todd? He’s an avid fisherman—a hobby that brings him peace and joy away from the fast pace of the workday.
His favorite quote reflects his driven mindset:
“Aim high, keep going.”
His personal mantra?
“Do right and work hard—good things will happen.”
If he could do it all over again, Todd says he would have joined BBP earlier in his career.
If given the chance to sit down for dinner with four individuals, Todd would invite his late father, George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, and Donald Trump—a group sure to spark meaningful conversation.
When it comes to music, Todd’s go-to is rock, matching the energy and grit he brings to work every day.
